This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations for services and materials purchased from Whroxxenxleglox.

Return Period

For physical materials or supplies purchased directly from us, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request. The return period begins on the day after you receive the item.

For prepaid lesson packages, cancellation and refund policies are outlined separately in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson to be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
  • Items must include all original tags, labels, and accessories
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Return request must be initiated within the specified return period

Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in original condition may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Cost of Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damaged during shipping), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

If you are returning an item for reasons other than our error (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount if the return is accepted and processed.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us through our contact form or by phone at +1 403 474 3288 to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number, purchase date, and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions from our team
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible
  5. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation
  6. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization
  7. Retain your shipping receipt and tracking information

We will process your return within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Once processed, we will notify you via email and issue your refund using the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened art supplies and materials
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers or distributors
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items returned after the return period has expired
  • Gift cards and vouchers (unless required by law)

Please note that services, including drawing lessons, are subject to separate cancellation policies as outlined in your service agreement.

General Legal Requirements

This Return Policy is provided in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws in British Columbia, Canada. Under the British Columbia Consumer Protection Act, you may have additional rights regarding returns and refunds.

If you are a consumer located in British Columbia, you have the right to cancel certain contracts within 10 days of entering into the contract under specific circumstances as outlined in the Consumer Protection Act.

Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the law shall prevail.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or before services have begun, subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via our contact form or email
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to our return policy
  • Service bookings may be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled lesson may be subject to a cancellation fee

If you cancel an order before shipment or before services begin, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Refund amount: Full purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

If you have not received your refund within 14 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the matter.

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, we will work with you to resolve the issue in good faith. If we are unable to reach a resolution, you may have the right to pursue dispute resolution through applicable consumer protection agencies or legal channels.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the item you want.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Replacement of the item at no additional cost
  • Full refund including original shipping costs
  • Partial refund if you choose to keep the item

We may request photos of the defective or damaged item to process your claim.
