This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations for services and materials purchased from Whroxxenxleglox.
For physical materials or supplies purchased directly from us, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request. The return period begins on the day after you receive the item.
For prepaid lesson packages, cancellation and refund policies are outlined separately in your service agreement. Generally, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson to be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in original condition may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damaged during shipping), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
If you are returning an item for reasons other than our error (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount if the return is accepted and processed.

We will process your return within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Once processed, we will notify you via email and issue your refund using the original payment method.

This Return Policy is provided in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws in British Columbia, Canada. Under the British Columbia Consumer Protection Act, you may have additional rights regarding returns and refunds.
If you are a consumer located in British Columbia, you have the right to cancel certain contracts within 10 days of entering into the contract under specific circumstances as outlined in the Consumer Protection Act.
Nothing in this Return Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If any provision of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the law shall prevail.
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped or before services have begun, subject to the following conditions:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item according to our return policy and place a new order for the item you want.
